Getting my arse into writing up the Christmas stories that I uh, didn't exactly get much done during the Christmas/New Year mayhem. Going to be splitting up my time between that, piano, WoW and relearning Calc seeing as I failed the exam in Year 12 (though still managed an overall pass), and would probably be helpful in relearning in preparation for retaking DAA. When I finish the Christmas stories, I'm going to be getting back into the 117 monster drawing and the Choose You Own Adventure thing. But in the meantime, I got an external harddrive today, which needed a name. I asked TST chat for its wise input.

tenshinoakuma: Unless I name my C drive Joshua and then I can say Ness is plugging into Joshua

I ended up calling it MrBatty, in reference to the MOTHER enemy and Castlevania!Alucard x bat familiars OTP.

In other news, I'm a bit ): that there won't be any scanlations for Pokespecial HGSS arc, which was mostly what I was waiting for before I did further essaying on Gold (oh yeah I guess I didn't post up my old essay huh). However, I can't fault the scanlator for their decision. But unless someone else picks it up (not very likely), I'm gonna have to wait until the Chuang Yi translations get up to it, which could take a while. Well, at least I do have the (good quality) RAWs, so I guess at least I can make new icons that more accurately reflect TST!Gold's age. And like, make icons that are not just quick crop and hue change icons. But then again, icons are really low on my priorities right now.
