Okay so just character general interaction and talking to people has gotten me thinking that sometimes people don't look at context. I think I touched on this briefly before, when I was talking about how limited canon can be when you compare it to multifandom RP.
It's like. A character can be the biggest badass ever in their canon. But what happens when they meet the badasses from other canons who were the biggest badass in their canons? Obviously not everyone can be the biggest badass, and I do sometimes see people get kind of "no, my character is more badass than yours" and people OOCly get somewhat at loggerheads because they want their character to be the King of the Hill. I mean, most of the time I see this kind of thing when it comes to 'power levels' and it sorta becomes a Dragonball kind of thing where everyone's like MY POWER IS OVER 9000 and they keep on powering up and everyone else is like. why.
I think part of it's because they're not looking at the whole picture. They only remember that Character A was the biggest badass in their canon and not the hows and the whys of Character A's badassery.
Man, there was supposed to be a point to this but blah i forgot.

It's fun to see characters who are more or less 'supreme' in their canon interact, really! Because someone (or everyone) loses, and really, losing is more interesting to write than winning.
