More Devil Survivor Things When I Should Be Studying

I SURVIVED PUBLIC TRANSPORT. At first I was like half an hour early... and then I couldn't find my bus, which resulted me arriving on time despite me walking half of Kings Park Road because I got off the bus at the wrong stop. PRETTY FUN.

Also I hear Devil Survivor 2 will be coming out on the DS. I have no idea whether there is going to be any connection with the original game, and gameplay wise, it seems to be a combination of the original Devil Survivor and Persona 3/4. The main character reminds me of Minato, but I think at this point I shouldn't be surprised.

Although this in conjunction with Overclocked makes me wonder if I should wait before I start planning my crossover with TWEWY.

For those who don't know, the first is a scene from Devil Survivor Overclocked (I think it's the 6th or 7th day? I forget) and the second is the image of God from Dante's Divine Comedy, as depicted by Gustave Doré. I believe it's from the 31st Canto in the Paradiso collection. For the record, the description is:
"In form then of a pure white rose the saintly host was shown to me, which with His own blood Christ made His bride. But the other host - who, as it flies, sees and sings His glory who enamors it and the goodness which made it so great - like a swarm of bees which one moment enflower themselves, and the next return to where their work acquires savor - was descending into the great flower which is adorned with so many petals, and thence re-ascending to where its love abides forever. They had their faces all of living flame, and their wings of gold, and the rest so white that no snow reaches such a limit. When they descended into the flower, from rank to rank they proffered of the peace and the ardor which they had acquired as they fanned their sides. Nor did the interposing of so great a flying plenitude, between what was above and the flower, impede the vision or the splendor; for the divine light so penetrates through the universe, in measure of its worthiness, that naught can be an obstacle to it. This secure and joyful kingdom, thronged with ancient and with modern folk, had look and love all directed on one mark."

And now I remember why I never finished reading the Divine Comedy.

I don't think these two images' similarity is a coincidence. A little food for thought on the nature of Angels and Demons in the Devil Survivor world, perhaps?

Neither was I, but Atlus likes to troll their fans. It's nearly complete, too, apparently!
