You arrive at Ebisu Bridge with Daichi, Io, and Joe...

Daichi: Ebusi Bridge, huh...? Nothing out of the ordinary... other than it being empty.
Daichi: Urgh, we'll never figure out where that death clip was set at this rate.

> This is so tedious.

Io: Yeah... But let's keep going, okay? Keita's life is at stake here...

> Let's keep trying.

Joe: Sure, yeah. Panicking won't help us find anything.

Joe: We just gotta be patient and keep looking.

???: Aaaaaah! Monsters! Monsters!

You hear screams from ahead...

Daichi: Wh-What was that? Did someone just say "monsters"...!?

> Maybe demons showed up.
> We should check it out.

Io: Y-Yeah... If they're under attack, we should help them...

???: Hey! Move! Get out of the way!

Io: Oh, I-I'm sorr-- Eek!

The stranger pushes Io aside and takes off in the direction of the scream...

> Are you okay?

Io: Um, yes... Thanks. But...

> What was that...?

Io: Ow... Who was that...?

Io: She headed towards the scream. Is she trying to rescue someone...?

Joe: Dude, that's dangerous. She's probably up against demons, after all.

> Let's go help!

Daichi: Wh-Whoa! We're going too...!?

> Oh, well...

Daichi: Oh for crying out loud, we're gonna fight again!?

[There are people on the bridge, demons chasing after them.]

Panicking Woman: Help! Help! I don't want ot die!

Buxom Woman: Demons! Hurry up and get out of here...! I'll handle this!

[The Buxom Woman summons two demons.]

Panicking Woman: Aaaah! You're a human, and you use demons...!?

Buxom Woman: Relax! I'm on your side. Leave those demons to me!

Panicking Woman: R-Really...? How can I trust you...?

[The party approaches.]

Joe: Huuuuuuuuh... Looks like that girl there's a demon tamer.

Daichi: Does she really need our help...? Maybe we can just let her deal with this...

> No way!
> Let's get 'em.

Buxom Woman: Hey, you guys! Don't come over here! Hurry, run!

> Nah, that's okay.
> We can fight!

Buxom Woman: Huh? Are you demon tamers, too?
Buxom Woman: My name is Hinako Kujou! I'm going to help these people escape! Give me a hand!

> You go it, lady.

Io: Y-Yeah...! We have to save those people...!

> We don't have a choice.

Daichi: R-Really? Do we really have to!?

Io: We just have to make sure the people being attacked can get out... We can do it.
Io: Let's save them all! The people fleeing and the woman trying to save them...!

> Let's do this!

Joe: Cool! We've got your back, fearless leader!

> Awwwww yeeeeeeeeah!

Daichi: All right!

Hinako: We're going to save everyone! Don't let a single person die!

Daichi: O-Okay! But it's dangerous to fight alone, so we should work together-- Hey, you listening?

[Battle start!]

[Daichi's turn.]
Daichi: Dang, man... THis is really tough...

[Io's turn.]
Io: We have to do this... We need to save them!

[Joe's turn.]
Joe: Ugh, so we have to fight while keeping that girl safe, too? I hate escorting people.

[Civilians' turns.]
Panicking Woman: Please, I don't care what you are... Stop those demons!

[Hinako's turn.]
Hinako: Stupid demon... I won't let you do whatever you want!

[After defeating a demon team, more demons appear.]
Hinako: Ah! More demons!

[After defeating all the demon teams.]
Hinako: All right! I think we did it!

Wounded Man: Am I saved...? Oh, thank you, thank you! You saved my life!

Panicking Woman: The demons are gone...? So you WERE on our side! Thanks!

[The two civilians leave.]

Daichi: Whew... They made it out alive and we pulled through...

Hinako: Heeeey, you guys!

Hinako runs over to your group...

Daichi: Ack...! You startled me! The demons are already--

Hinako: You guys are tamers, right? Do you know the people in yellow who are fighting demons?

Daichi: Huh? Yellow?

> That's JP's.

Hinako: Oh... Yeah, them! They had this logo saying "JP's" on their uniforms!

> The SDF?

Hinako: Nah, that wasn't it. The ones I saw had this logo that looked like "JP's" on their uniforms.

Daichi: Ohh, okay. Well, I guess we're part of JP's... or more like, we know people who are.

Hinako: Really!? Can you introduce me to them? I wanna join up!

You're not sure what to say to this...

Io: Y-You say you want to join, but... we're no official JP's members either...

Hinako: What? You're not...? Then what are you guys?

> We're civilians.

Joe: Yeah, what he said. We just came along for the ride with the Chief of JP's.

> We're helping them out.

Joe: Yeah, what he said. We're just ordinary guys who came along with the Chief of JP's.

Hinako: Huh... Is that so? Well, okay. Then can you introduce me to this Chief?

Daichi: Well, sure, I guess that wouldn't be a problem... Wait, what!? Him!?

Hinako: Why not? I can use demons. I'd be a huge help!

Daichi: Uhhh... Hm. What do you think, Hiro...?

> It'll be fine.

Daichi: Oh, really!? Geez, you've got a pretty open mind about this stuff! You're sure...?

> He'll get mad.

Daichi: Yeah... Who knows what he'd say if we brought someone to him without his permission...

Joe: Hell, why not? They were okay with me, so I think his oughtta go just fine.

Hinako: Awesome! Were you guys on your way somewhere first? I could show you around.

Daichi: Show us around...? Oh, hey! Since you mention it...
Daichi: Hinako, right? You know any huge stairs around? Ones where people could fall and die...?

Hinako: Huh...? Huge stairs? Big enough to kill a guy?

Daichi: Exactly! J-Just gimme a sec, I'll show you something...!

Hinako: Wha...!? This is a death clip!
Hinako: Where's this kid now!? He could die if you don't hurry! There's no time for chitchat!

Io: Um... C-Calm down. That's why we were asking you if you knew where they were...

Hinako: Oh... Okay. Sorry for flipping out like that...
Hinako: Hey, yeah... These are the stairs at the Bickman entrance. Yeah, no two ways about it!

Daichi: Yesss...! Now we know where to go! This might actually work out somehow...
Daichi: Wait, Bickman!? That's where we're meeting him! So this must happen around 14:30!

Hinako: Meeting him...? Oh, so this kid's a friend of yours.

Daichi: Uhh, not really... His name's Keita Wakui and he's also cooperating with JP's.
Daichi: We were meeting up so he could show us the way to the main branch of JP's...

Hinako: JP's main branch? Talk about relevant to my interests! We gotta save this kid!

Daichi: What...!? Does tat mean you're coming with us after all?

Joe: Haha, well, okay. Anyhow, we know where to go. So let's get moving!

Io: You're right... We need to hurry and tell him about this!

Hinako: Yeah, let's get to Bickman then! Gotta hurry and find this Keita kid...!

Hinako joined your party.
You leave the area with Hinako leading the way...
