lalala NaNoWriMo planning

WOO TWEWY BRAIN DUMP. read at your own risk.

Reaper wings appear like iron, vaguely batlike, Angel wings are feathered. A Composer is somewhere in between a Reaper and an Angel (not canon), so their wings are a combination of both, where the closer the Composer is to ascending, the more feathers they have?

But then again, don't some Reapers ascend before the Composer? Like, the Composer is the Judge? (but that seems a bit weird, judging Reapers/Players being worthy of Angel-hood if Composers aren't able to achieve Angel-hood themselves)

How do you become a Composer though? Is it only through murdering the previous?

Or is it that when a Composer ascends (or chooses to ascend?) that they're able to elect their replacement?

"A new Composer only arises when the previous one is defeated; the victor takes the victim's place. At this juncture, the new Composer rewrites the rules of UG Shibuya."

So only through defeating the previous Composer. But that doesn't mean the previous Composer won't LET the Composer to be defeat them. It may be possible the pre-Joshua Composer forsaw Joshua wanting their seat (as they have some clairvoyant foresight) and decided he was good enough to be the Composer and purposefully lost without Joshua realising (at the time)? IDK. I mean. How would you actually kill a Composer anyway? An Imagination battle?

Do the Angels grant Composers additinal powers anyway? Or are their powers purely their own? Or maybe it's simply because the Player/Reaper has reached the level of Imagination and Soul to do what a Composer can? Or maybe it's usually restricted access, and the Angels only remove that restriction for Composers, but still prohibit the use of those restricted access powers for certain circumstances? Or rather, only allow them for use in certain circumstances.

IDK what the rules would've been during Joshua's Game. Maybe they were the same as his rules (no, I'm not being lazy, what makes you think that?). While Joshua would seem to be the kind of person to make new rules, because then they'd be HIS rules, if all the previous Composers changed the rules, maybe he'd just rewrite them as exactly the same just to be contrary :|

Man, why is it called the Underground anyway? The UG exists above the RG, maybe it should be called the Overground :| Or maybe that was what it used to be called (the OG). I BET YOU JOSHUA CHANGED THE NAME JUST TO BE ANNOYING.

Maybe things were called by different names in Joshua's time and he just changed the names to give it a more Gamey feel. Or a more morbid one. IDK. It'd be kind of interesting writing things with slightly different names I think.

"Angel vibes are extremely high-frequency; not even the Composer can catch them all."

Is that because his Soul is not refined enough? Does that statement only apply to Joshua? Would Joshua in the future be able to see other Angels? Why can he only pick up the Producer's though? Is the Producer the only one who lowers his vibe enough for him to see?

Also, does this mean that Angel's powers are reduced when they tune into the RG? Or do they have so much energy/power(?) that even though they need to down-tune more than Composers or Reapers, it has little effect?

Just a thought. Players are like sprits and Reapers like mediums? rofl the comparison's a bit off but. Still.

Additionally, no one except the Conductor and the Producer know what the Composer looks like. Does this mean that when someone becomes the Composer, everyone who knew them before (in the Game) had their memory of the Composer wiped?

"The most talented of these may travel to the next plane, inhabited by Us Angels."

I wouldn't actually be surprised if Joshua belonged to that category, but I get the impression that Joshua (at the time) had a bloody huge Imagination, but lacked the stability of his Soul that would allow him to ascend. Now I'm starting to think that for all of Joshua's planning etc. he did as a Reaper was all foreseen by the Composer, who added a little extra to the Games that Joshua played as a Reaper to aid in bringing him up to be a Composer. And Joshua probably didn't realise until after the canon ends. Hum.

Screw it, I think the Composer rigged Joshua's Game, just like how Joshua rigged Neku's. Only instead of the Composer killing Joshua, I think it would've been the Composer's choice in Joshua's entry fee (Joshua's morals) that would ensure Joshua's rise to take their place.

"Diligent Reapers, too, may pass through the office of Composer to ascend to the plane of Angels."

If Angels are the next highest rung after the Composer, would that mean a Reaper that ascends is able to do more than a Composer? Or is a Composer actually powerful enough to ascend, but chooses to stay dedicated to their designated location?

Is being a Composer a punishment or a blessing?

Is it a trap for those who would murder their own? :|a

Guhhh so frustrating DDDK

It really seems like a Composer would be able to ascend to Angel-hood, if it wasn't for some restrictions (that may have been placed by the Angels). Maybe it really is a bit of both (punishment and blessing). Assuming a Composer can only leave their seat if they are killed... hmmm

I. Wow. This entry got long fast. and wow Twewy has a lot of random Capitalisation orz :|||

p.s. Neku busking in Shibuya with a piano like the piano man in Perth. THAT'S WHAT I THINK HE DOES POST-GAME.
